RETURNS INFORMATION

Damaged books

If you have purchased an item from Kube and it is damaged upon receipt please advise us by email at “info(@)kubepublishing.com” within 7 days of receiving the goods and remember to include photos of the damages.  The time limit for return is 28 days for your convenience. The cost of the item will be refunded along with the cost of postage to you and the cost of return postage.

If the return is due to an error that we or our postage providers have made, we will gladly refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition. To qualify for a refund you must first contact us in writing within 7 working days and then send the unwanted items back to us within 14 days. Upon receipt of the items in their original condition we will refund you. This will not include the cost of postage to you or the return postage cost.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING FROM THE POST OFFICE. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RETURNS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOU UNLESS YOU CAN PROVIDE US WITH THE PROOF OF POSTING.

All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original packing slip and reason for the return, to the following address:

Delivery Information:

We despatch orders Mon-Fri. During busy periods such as Ramadan and Eid, there may be some delays.

Goods are sent by second class Royal Mail within the UK and should arrive within 3-9 working days. For urgent orders please contact us prior to placing your order online. Extra charges will apply for Royal Mail 1st class and Next Working Day courier services.

International orders are dealt with individually, but we aim to use the quickest means possible. All orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail Airmail Standard Service. This is not a trackable service. For urgent orders or for requests for a courier delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order online.

  • US/CA estimated delivery 16-30 working days
  • Rest of the World 25-35 working days
