Shipping Information

Goods are sent Mon-Fri via Royal Mail second class within the UK.

We’ll try our best to have your order with you within the advertised time frames, but as we limit the number of staff working in our warehouse at any one time, to maintain social distancing, there will be a slight delay.

International orders are dealt with individually, but we aim to use the quickest means possible. All orders are shipped as standard via Royal Mail Airmail Standard Service. This is not a trackable service. For urgent orders or for requests for a courier delivery, please email us prior to placing your order online.

  • EU estimated delivery 8-20 working days
  • NA estimated delivery 14-25 working days
  • Rest of the World 3-4 weeks

Order Progress

If you're outside the UK and your books have not arrived within a reasonable delivery time you can inquire into the status of your order by e-mail to admin(@)kubepublishing(.com). Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm.

Order Cancellation

A customer may cancel an order between placing the order and it being shipped. If the cancellation happens after the goods have been processed and despatched then a refund will not be offered until the goods have been returned. Original delivery costs in this case are non-refundable, as is the returns postage cost. 

This does not apply to eBooks.

Import Duties

When we ship books outside the UK, the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable. Kube can take no responsibility for this. If the goods are returned due to unpaid tax, the costs will not be refunded as the sale has been completed. Although the goods can be re-dispatched with only a further charge for dispatch at the customer’s request. 


Our postage charges for both mainland UK and International deliveries are weight based set by current Royal Mail rates, plus a 50p charge for packaging.

Postage costs will be capped at £10 for 24kg of books for delivery within mainland UK. International delivery costs will vary.

If you order over £30 of books postage is FREE to an address in mainland UK.

Alternatively, customers are welcome to collect from our offices for free. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Delays or Lost Orders

Royal Mail do not class items as lost until the following:-

1st class: 12 working days after the due date
2nd class: 16 working days after the due date
International Mail (Europe): 20 working days after the due date
International Mail (Rest of the World): 25 working days after the due date

We can only look into refunds or replacements until the items are classed as lost.

Returns Information

Damaged books

If you have purchased an item from Kube and it is damaged upon receipt please advise us within 7 days. The time limit for return is 14 days for your convenience. The cost of the item will be refunded along with the cost of postage to you and the cost of return postage.

If the return is due to an error that we or our postage providers have made, we will gladly refund both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition. To qualify for a refund you must first contact us via email within 7 working days and then send the unwanted items back to us within 14 days. Upon receipt of the items in their original condition we will refund you. This will not include the cost of postage to you or the return postage cost.

Returns Procedure

All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original packing slip and reason for the return, to the following address: Kube Publishing Ltd., MCC, Ratby Lane, Markfield, Leicestershire, LE67 9SY



Unfortunately, deliveries to the Middle East appear to be experiencing severe delays of up to 2 months. This is beyond our control and is caused by a delay with local postal services, in the receiving countries.

For customers in the Middle East where P.O Box addresses are used, to avoid any unnecessary delays please provide a P.O box address for delivery as Royal Mail require this. In the “notes” section of your order, please also provide a physical address i.e door number, street name, building name, etc in case the order is large/heavy and we need to send your order via courier.

The Royal Mail website clearly states:

“Delivery is to PO Boxes only for the Middle East.

There is no mail delivery to street addresses in the Middle East. All mail goes to PO Boxes at various post office locations or to business addresses for delivery to employees.

Please make sure you have the correct PO box address and include it on the item you are sending”.
